Should I keep an accident diary?
A diary or written log of events can be a very good thing to keep after an accident occurs. The diary can be used to record exactly how one feels while recovering from an accident. This record of pain and suffering can be influential to a jury and also back up claims of suffering in general. It is much harder to dispute that recovery was difficult if there is a daily record of exactly how a person feels available.
