Baby Matters, LLC, a company located in Pennsylvania is at the center of a lawsuit due to one of their products malfunctioning and causing the death of a four-month-old girl.

The company was already in the middle of settling a lawsuit dealing with proper warning labels on their products. The product, Nap Nanny, was determined to be a hazard if the harness on the product was not used correctly in a crib.

The death of the young girl came two months after the findings of these hazards were detected, but the company was still working on a corrective-action plan when she died of asphyxiation.
