Last week, a Carlisle, Pennsylvania motorcyclist suffered from a broken heel after being involved in an accident.  The motorcyclist, 49-year old David L. Lovell, was traveling eastbound on Newville Road when he lost control of his bike for unknown reasons.  Investigators will be looking into the accident to determine if something or someone caused Lovell to lose control.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the motorcycle accident occurred just east of Lefever Road at around 10:30 P.M.  After losing control of his bike, Lovell and the motorcycle fell into a ditch off the side of Newville Road.  Lovell was taken to Carlisle Medical Center by his wife for treatment of a broken heel bone.
