A Pennsylvania woman was seriously injured Friday afternoon after her car struck a pickup truck that lost control on Pa. 655 north of McConnellsburg.
According to a nursing supervisor at Altoona Hospital, 41-year-old Christina M. Musser, of Broad Top, Pennsylvania, was listed in serious condition Saturday night.
Musser was traveling north on Pa. 655 in Taylor Township, Pa., in a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire when a Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by 67-year-old Victor R. Black, of Hustontown, spun into the oncoming lane while navigating a steep hill. Pennsylvania State Troopers say the two vehicles struck at their front left corners.
Black was not injured in the crash, but two of his passengers both suffered minor injuries.
