School Administrators Accused of Negligence Following Teen's Death

Posted on January 28th, 2010 No Comments

The parents of a 17-year old Pennsylvania high school student are suing school administrators for negligence following the teen's death in a car accident. The teen was killed in a head-on collision that occurred several hundred yards from the school. The parents believe the administrators failed to enforce the school's "closed campus" policy, and the teen's death may have been prevented if the rules had been properly enforced.
